Club Noae: Shipping Information

We take great care in ensuring that your items are delivered to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you select, the availability of your items, and the time your order is placed.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your items for shipment. Processing may take 5–10 business days. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, certain items may require additional processing time due to low availability. In such cases, you will be notified of the delay via email.

Delivery Time

  1. Express shipping: Approximately 3–5 days.

  2. Standard shipping: Approximately 7–20 days, although delays are possible. The exact delivery time depends on local postal services.

  3. In some countries, delivery may take 12–20 days.

Note: Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not from the order date.
(Please be aware that due to COVID-19, some orders may experience minor delays.)

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $69. Where available, you can choose express shipping for an additional fee.

When choosing express shipping, complete and accurate address details in English are required (including street/block, city, province/state, country, postal code, name, and phone number) in accordance with shipping regulations.

Order Status

As soon as you place your order, you will receive email updates on its status.

Order Confirmation

Right after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order and your shipping and billing details.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that your items have left our warehouse. This email will include a list of the shipped items and a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the provided link.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the shipping company to update the tracking status. Sometimes it may take longer, and your tracking link might not work immediately.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.


Please Note:

  • If the package is not picked up in time due to personal issues (e.g. customs clearance delays, incorrect address, unreachable address, incorrect phone number), and the package is destroyed, Club Noae is not responsible.

  • If the customer authorizes delivery to a location such as the front door or with a neighbor, and the package goes missing or is stolen, Club Noae cannot be held liable.

  • Since this is international shipping, some packages may be inspected by local customs authorities, and customs duties may apply. Customers should follow any notifications issued by their local customs office.

  • Customs duties are charged by your local government, not by us. We do not have the right to charge these fees.

  • If a package cannot be delivered because the customer refuses to pay customs fees, Club Noae is not responsible and will not issue any refunds.
